The Scratcher Project is an open-source initiative building crypto infrastructure where you choose the trust level. From a trading terminal with a real cockpit interface to an AI assistant that helps you build strategies — every tool is auditable, forkable, and yours to control.
Why we are building this
Exchange UIs are too simple. Professional platforms are too complex. AI is changing everything — and current tools are not keeping up.
Trading is marginalized in the IT community
Millions of engineers could trade if the tools respected their skillset. Exchange UIs are dumbed down; professional platforms demand deep expertise upfront.
The AI revolution is here
Everything that can be done on a computer will soon be done through AI. Current trading tools offer none of this — yet.
You sleep — the market does not
Crypto runs 24/7. A missed signal at night is a missed trade or an unprotected position. Manual monitoring is physically impossible.
Pay before you know if it works
Most solutions charge $15–100/month before delivering results. That barrier cuts off people who could become loyal users.

The Exchange Scratcher
An open-source trading terminal that connects to crypto exchanges via their public APIs. Trader Cockpit interface, automatic technical analysis, dynamic orders, and full exchange isolation — all in one screen. No subscriptions, no black boxes.

An AI assistant for trading strategy development. Writes, debugs, and optimises strategy code. Runs locally via Ollama, Llama, or Mistral for complete privacy, or connects to cloud LLMs when capability matters more than isolation. You choose the trust boundary.
